A short version of the job description is that our managers perform whatever steps are necessary to quickly deliver to each customer a positive experience and a clean car. Attention to detail with people, processes and administrative responsibilities is critical to operating profitability. Each day our managers have hundreds of chances to follow though for our customers with great service.
Our managers typically work 5 days a week from 45 to 50 hours. Our managers must be flexible with their hours and, during busy times, willing to work overtime. The pay is hourly plus weekly, monthly and annual bonuses. Our managers earn over $40,000 per year with over $50,000 a possibility.
Qualified applicants will have experience in creatively training and motivating up to 50 unskilled workers. We love people that have been in the military or worked in the restaurant industry because they usually have experience working in a fast-paced team environment.
