They are our most important resource, always have been, always will be.  We must be doing something right because we have many associates that have been with us for 5, 10, 15, 20 years and some from the start in 1980.  We need people that can carry out our mission statement which is “to profit from a culture based on a customer oriented company dedicated to quality service though the training of our associates."
